Whole wheat flour
Apple cider vinegar
What you need:
Add salt to whole wheat and all-purpose flour in a bowl.
Add instant yeast.
Whisk it all together.
Add maple syrup to water heated to 105°F/41°C.
Add the water mixture to the flour mixture.
Use a rubber spatula to stir it together.
Use your hands to incorporate any remaining flour in the bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 12 to 24 hours.
Turn the dough out onto parchment paper sprinkled with flour.
Use the parchment paper to transfer the dough to a bowl. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a heated dutch oven and bake.
